Analog film shoots just hit differently! Analog photography is a very precise art - one which I have loved since I first set foot in a darkroom as a teen. Perfect for vintage enthusiasts or those looking for a more traditional approach to their portrait shoot - these images are each a unique physical moment in time captured on film. Analog has a natural texture/grain that gives your images that beautifully retro look. Hand chemical processing combined with high resolution lab scans & careful digital colour grading brings together both traditional photographic technique and the flexibility of modern day post production .

What’s included:

• Pre-shoot planning consultancy, where we’ll discuss your ideal images.

• Studio sessions styled to suit your look, with a variety of backdrops & lighting style options available.

• Shoot 2 or more rolls of 35mm colour film

• Hand developed negatives

• High resolution & digitally colour graded negative scans (packages include 5 or 10 images)

• Optional add on: Darkroom printed contact sheet (physical print & scan)

Please note that to retain the uniqueness of your film portraits, only colour grading (+ removal of minor distractions) will be applied in the edit. My analog portrait packages are about authenticity over airbrushed “perfection”. If retouching is an important factor for you, please enquire about booking one of my digital shoot sessions.
